Returns Policy

 

  • To return any item(s) for an exchange, credit or refund please email sales@intro-clothing.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Once we have received your email we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please allow up to 48hours to receive this. 

  • After receiving the authorisation number, you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OR PROCESS RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

  • Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment. Please return this form in your package.

  • Your order will contain a prepaid Royal mail label, this will need to be attached to the outside of the parcel and dropped off at a royal mail drop-off point or post office. You can find your nearest drop-off point at www.royalmail.com/services-near-you# (this only applies to orders within the UK).

  • The return postage has a fee of £3 and will be deducted from the refund of your order.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON UNDERWEAR OR SOCKS.
