You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return any item(s) for an exchange, credit, or refund.

Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment.

You will need to attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at an EVRI drop-off point. You can find your nearest drop-off point at https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop (this only applies to orders within the UK).

Once you have processed a return you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns.

The return postage has a fee of £3 and will be deducted from the refund of your order.

For international customers, you have 14 calendar days of receiving your order to get in touch with us through sales@intro-clothing.com in order to get a returns authorization code. We will not acept a return if we weren't contacted previously. Please note that we do not provide return labels for international orders. After receiving the authorisation number, you have a further 14 calendar days to return your item(s) to us. After this time, we will not be able to accept any returns.

Please be aware that for hygiene reasons we can not accept any returns on underwear or socks.
