How long will my order take be delivered?
All items ordered before 3pm are sent out the same day, for the UK we aim to deliver by the net working day. For international orders please allow approximately 5 working days to receive the order.
Are you official stockists?
We are official stockists for all the brands that we stock online and instore.

Intro was established in 2000 and is proud to be a family run independent store.
Are my details secure?
Intro does not pass on any customer information to third parties and is not privy to your account details are we use secure servers with SagePay and Paypal.
What is the refund policy?
We allow up to 7 working days for refunds on unwanted items (from point of purchase). If you require authorisation for a refund, exchange or faulty item then please email amy@intro.uk.com
How long does it take for your to reply to emails or contact forms?
We aim to reply to all questions within 24 hours of submitting an email or contact form, but on the odd occasion we may receive a high volume of emails so please allow up to 48 hours before re-submitting your questions.
