We aim to ship any order placed before 4pm on the same day, excluding weekends & applicable to the UK only. Next day delivery can not always be guaranteed.

International deliveries are estimated to arrive in 2-5 working days. Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. Please contact us if your item has not been received after 5 working days.

International customers please note, you may be liable to pay import duties, custom charges and local taxes applicable to purchases. Unfortunately we cannot estimate the charge for you.

Returns:
We must be notified of the return before sending it, please email sales@intro-clothing.com for authorisation.

Upon purchasing an item from us, you will be entitled to seven day 'Cooling Off' in keeping with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations.

To receive a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the garment.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service. We can't cover the cost of postage for returns.

We will happily exchange any item providing the item is unused and still in it's original packaging. After the 'seven day cooling off period' we do not offer refunds unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect/fault.
