International deliveries are aimed to be sent the fasted route possible and are estimated at 2-5 working days. Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. Please contact us if your item has not been received in the above timescales and we will investigate as to why and arrange a new delivery date.

International Customers Please Note The recipient is liable to pay any import duties (if any), custom charges and local taxes applicable to purchases assigned by the country the package is destined for. We cannot estimate the charge for you.

We must be notified of the return before sending it, please email amy@intro.uk.com for further information, items cannot be sent back to us without authorisation from the above email address.

Upon purchasing an item from us, you will be entitled to seven day 'Cooling Off' in keeping with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations.

To receive a refund, items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the garment.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. We are unable to accept items returned later than this.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer.

We will happily exchange any item providing the item is, unused and still in it's original packaging - with swing ticket/tags still attached After the 'seven day cooling off period' we do not offer refunds unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect/fault.
